- Pre - bending Function：Some electric plate rolling machines (e.g., four - roll ones) can pre - bend plate ends. Reduce straight edges after rolling, improve forming precision, avoid secondary processing.
- Automatic Control：Equipped with PLC control system and touch - screen interface. Support program editing, parameter storage and automatic rolling. Boost production efficiency and consistency, suitable for batch production.
- Adapt To Different Materials And Thicknesses：Adjust roll parameters based on plate material, thickness and shape. Applicable to various metal plates. Max plate thickness can reach hundreds of millimeters.
- Safety Protection：Equipped with overload, short - circuit protection devices. Ensure equipment safety. Operation interface has emergency stop button for handling emergencies.
1. Pre – bending & Cooperation
The pre – bending function narrows straight edges and rounds small pipes (Φ100mm). It cooperates with locking/seaming machines for round ducts. With worm gear/eccentric wheel, side rollers move up/down to boost efficiency.
2. Rolling Machine Structure
The machine has a precise divided mechanism for three – roller synchronization. Lifting screws control bottom/side rollers’ vertical movement to roll different – diameter ducts.

The processing machine set (electric roller, lock former, seamer, groover) makes complete round air ducts.
