Durmapress recently welcomed a delegation from Mongolia, marking their first visit as a new client specializing in construction and HVAC equipment. Their visit focused on evaluating our metalworking machinery, including the metal shearing machine, angle iron roller, 3-inch duct production line, press brake, and fiber laser cutting machine.

Factory Tour Highlights

In addition, the customer showed great interest in our angle iron roller, which is perfect for forming angle irons used in construction and industrial applications. We demonstrated how it smoothly bends various metal profiles with minimal deformation.

The customer also reviewed our capabilities in fabricating 3 inch ducts, which are commonly used in HVAC systems. Our machines ensure high precision and airtight seams, which are essential in ductwork production.

Of particular note was the demonstration of our high-precision press brake, which features multi-axis control and user-friendly programming. This machine is capable of handling complex bending tasks with repeatable accuracy.

Finally, our Fiber Laser Cutting Machine was presented in action, cutting through stainless steel and carbon steel sheets with clean edges and high speed. The customer was impressed with its performance and ease of operation.

We also often see some terms including five lines of the production duct production line, three lines of the duct production line and so on…. So what is the five lines and three lines of air duct production? What do different types of production lines mean? The types of air duct production lines on the market mainly include first line, second line, third line, fourth line, fifth line and so on.
