Durmapress recently welcomed a delegation from Mongolia, marking their first visit as a new client specializing in construction and HVAC equipment. Their visit focused on evaluating our metalworking machinery, including the metal shearing machine, angle iron roller, 3-inch duct production line, press brake, and fiber laser cutting machine.

The Mongolian client, a key supplier of 3-inch ducts and structural components for infrastructure projects, sought equipment to enhance production efficiency. Their goals included:

Factory Tour Highlights

In addition, the customer showed great interest in our angle iron roller, which is perfect for forming angle irons used in construction and industrial applications. We demonstrated how it smoothly bends various metal profiles with minimal deformation.

The customer also reviewed our capabilities in fabricating 3 inch ducts, which are commonly used in HVAC systems. Our machines ensure high precision and airtight seams, which are essential in ductwork production.

Of particular note was the demonstration of our high-precision press brake, which features multi-axis control and user-friendly programming. This machine is capable of handling complex bending tasks with repeatable accuracy.

Finally, our Fiber Laser Cutting Machine was presented in action, cutting through stainless steel and carbon steel sheets with clean edges and high speed. The customer was impressed with its performance and ease of operation.

After in-depth discussions and hands-on evaluation, the Mongolian client expressed strong confidence in the quality of Durmapress equipment and decided to place an order immediately. This included multiple machines tailored to their production needs.The client placed an immediate order for:

The automatic air duct production line 4 is an automatic equipment, with the automatic air duct production line 2, displacement lockformer machine, automatic feeding platform, double linkage TDF flange forming machine and double angle iron flange forming machine. Compared with the automatic air duct production line 5, it has no folding function, so manual folding is required. In addition, it also has more efficient production and saves a lot of space. The automatic air duct production line 4 only needs two workers to operate. After entering the production procedure, the system will automatically feed and manufacture, and the workers will be responsible for handling the formed pipes. The automatic air duct production line 4 are linear, and the whole production speed can reach 23m/min. It can produce 2000-2500 square meters of square ducts during normal working hours.
