Durmapress recently welcomed a delegation from Mongolia, marking their first visit as a new client specializing in construction and HVAC equipment. Their visit focused on evaluating our metalworking machinery, including the metal shearing machine, angle iron roller, 3-inch duct production line, press brake, and fiber laser cutting machine.

The Mongolian client, a key supplier of 3-inch ducts and structural components for infrastructure projects, sought equipment to enhance production efficiency. Their goals included:

– Testing metal shearing machines for cutting thick steel plates.

– Evaluating angle iron rollers for shaping 3-inch duct supports.

– Verifying fiber laser cutting machines for precision sheet metal processing.

Factory Tour Highlights

In addition, the customer showed great interest in our angle iron roller, which is perfect for forming angle irons used in construction and industrial applications. We demonstrated how it smoothly bends various metal profiles with minimal deformation.

The customer also reviewed our capabilities in fabricating 3 inch ducts, which are commonly used in HVAC systems. Our machines ensure high precision and airtight seams, which are essential in ductwork production.

Of particular note was the demonstration of our high-precision press brake, which features multi-axis control and user-friendly programming. This machine is capable of handling complex bending tasks with repeatable accuracy.

Finally, our Fiber Laser Cutting Machine was presented in action, cutting through stainless steel and carbon steel sheets with clean edges and high speed. The customer was impressed with its performance and ease of operation.

After in-depth discussions and hands-on evaluation, the Mongolian client expressed strong confidence in the quality of Durmapress equipment and decided to place an order immediately. This included multiple machines tailored to their production needs.The client placed an immediate order for:

Introduction:

The air duct production line 5 is composed of feeding rack, leveling and beading, hydraulic punching pointed mouth and punching square mouth, hydraulic shearing machine, displacement joint angle locking machine, manipulator grabbing positioning feeding platform, double linkage common plate flange machine and double linkage single bone forming machine, servo feeding platform, TDF hydraulic folding machine. The electrical control part is controlled by computer. Bending servo feeding. Accurate positioning. Especially when processing “mouth” type pipes. Guarantee bending accuracy. The maximum feeding speed is 16 m/min, and the length error is (+0.5 mm). The line can process TDF common plate flange and angle iron flange two kinds of air pipes, and the exchange is simple and fast.

The machine features small area, linear processing, high production efficiency, and can manufacture small cross-section “mouth” type air ducts. Common-plate flanged air ducts with minimum cross-section processing up to 200×200 can be manufactured.

Features:

1. The linear structure of machine makes processing smoothly and occupies a small space.
2. All the rolling reels are made of bearing steel so that the lifetime prolongs by more than 5 times.
3. Under the material-saving mode of CNC system, waste is less than 20 mm per roll.
4. Bending servo feeding, accurate positioning, especially in the processing of “mouth” type pipeline, obvious advantages.
5. Using 10 inch LCD touch screen input, and optional keyboard dual mode, to ensure the stability of operation.
6. It requires at least one person to operate and each shift can output 600-2000.
7. With production memory functions, the production orders can be tracked and checked.
